Cancellation Policy

Please call to inform us as soon as you know if you cannot attend your appointment, so that we may offer this time to someone who may be in urgent need of treatment. We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice before your scheduled session. A notice of less than 24 hours in advance is subject to a $50 fee. Not showing up to your appointment, without advance notice, would be subject to a loss of your pre-paid session.
